Payment Policy
- 1.50% advance at the time of confirmation.
- 2.Remaining 50% to be paid prior to 30 days of tour start.
Cancellation Policy
- 1.Once the package is confirmed, a cancellation charge will apply per person as per supplier terms.
- 2.If the tour is cancelled between 30–15 days prior to tour start, 50% cancellation charges will apply.
- 3.If the tour is cancelled within 15 days of tour start, no refund will be available.
- 4.Airfare, visa fees and prepaid bookings once issued are non-refundable.
